Minden, NV-On Monday March 28, 2022 members of the Douglas County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue Team located human remains while conducting training. The remains were located in the Sunrise Pass area of the Pinenut Mountains near the Lyon County line. Douglas County Sheriff’s Investigators are attempting to identify the identity of the decedent.
