Required for any entity holding a liquor license (established or temporary) who wants to offer live entertainment held outside the confines of a building.
-Limited to 12 events per year.
-For events with attendance of 500 or more, you must apply for an outdoor festival permit with the Douglas County Clerk
-Will be required to have the Health Department, Fire Department, and Community Development signed off prior to submission.
