Douglas County Sheriff’s Office Seeks the Public’s Help in Locating Suspect

MINDEN, Nev. (Aug. 22, 2025)—On August 19, 2025, at approximately 2:37 a.m., Deputies with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office responded to The Lucky Beaver Bar and Burger located in Stateline, Nevada, regarding a reported theft. Upon investigation, Deputies determined an unknown male suspect stole a lockbox containing tips for the employees before fleeing the area.

The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect observed committing the theft, and assistance in identifying a possible accomplice.

The primary suspect is described as a bald male with a mustache, approximately 30to 40 years of age. He appears to be between 5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet tall, weighing approximately 225 pounds, with tattoos on both forearms. The suspect was last seen walking from the Nevada state line into California on U.S. Highway 50, wearing a white shirt, black pants, and white-and-black Jordan 11 retro shoes. He may be known as “Jamie” or “Jaime.”

The second subject, seen leaving with the suspect, is described as a male approximately 30to 40 years of age. He appears to be 5 feet 9 inches to 6 feet tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds, with a short trimmed beard. He was last seen wearing a black Lake Tahoe sweatshirt, blue jeans, and a black hat with a red logo on it.
