Records Request
We are able to process request for copies of accident and incident reports, name searches, subpoenas, good guy letters, and certified copies of dispositions of arrest. Request have to be made in person, by mail or by email. Cash, Check and all major Credit Cards accepted.
If requested by mail you must include name of requestor, case number (if known), name of individual listed on the report and SSN or DOB. Please include a pre-stamped and addressed envelope to return.
