Fingerprinting
We conduct Live Scan Fingerprinting at our Valley office Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM on a first come first served basis.
You must possess a valid photo ID at the time of fingerprinting. We are only able to transmit results electronically within Nevada possessing a valid account.
Gaming
For gaming you must register with the Nevada Gaming Control Board and print registration prior to fingerprinting.
Cost is $60.25
Child care
Must have Department of Health and Human Services Child Care Licensing Form completed and signed, and a money order made out to DPS for $40.25, and an additional $10.
Other
Any other cards, cost is $10 each.
