Civil Division
Our Civil Division is responsible for the timely service of process in civil and criminal cases throughout Douglas County. Our division has four full time assigned deputies, two part time deputies, one secretary and one supervisor/sergeant. Our court services deputies also provide security and bailiff duties for the two district courts and two justice courts in Douglas County.
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. We are closed for all observed state holidays.
